All content, algorithms, models, text, graphics, and software on our platform are the property of utilITise and protected under copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal or internal business purposes only.

10. Refund Policy — Deposits Only (“The Fine Print”)
Applies only to deposits paid to reserve onboarding with utilITise (not to subscriptions or usage fees). Change of mind (before onboarding completes). You may request a full refund of your deposit, including any card/processor fees charged at checkout any time before onboarding is complete, no questions asked.
When onboarding is “complete.” Onboarding is complete when your utilITise tenant is connected and at least one user or device is under active management, or your agreed go-live date arrives (whichever comes first).
After onboarding completes. Deposits are no longer refundable and will be applied to your first monthly invoice or to onboarding fees, if applicable.

What is our processing time?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

What’s our policy on deposits and refunds?
Standard Clauses
- No interest. Deposits do not accrue interest.
- Fraud/abuse safeguard. We may refuse or reverse deposits/refunds in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or repeated cancellations, and may require identity/authorization verification.
- Currency, FX, and chargebacks. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original transaction currency. Any bank, issuer, or FX fees outside our control are your responsibility. If a chargeback is filed, we’ll follow card-network rules and consider the refund request resolved through that process.
- Governing law & rights. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
